Every cake begins the night before.
Nothing at Cakefinityy is made in advance and left waiting on a shelf. When your order arrives, the cream is whipped, the sponge goes into the oven, and the layers rest overnight — so the flavours settle into something deeper.
Our chocolates are rolled by hand in small batches, dusted, boxed, and usually gone within the week. It's slower. It's also the whole point.
